Major General Robert W. Mixon (U.S. Army, Ret.) served 33 years in the U.S. Army, commanding at every level including the 7th Infantry Division and Division West of First Army. After retiring, he led corporate turnarounds before founding Level Five Associates, an executive leadership and culture advisory firm. He is the author of We're All In and The Power of Being All In, and co-founded Warrior Salute, a community-based transition program for veterans with traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress.
