Priscilla Knoble is Senior Director of International Strategy and Product Management at Adobe Creative Cloud, where she has spent three decades building the case — and the business infrastructure — for software that doesn't just speak a user's language but reflects how they actually work. She grew up bilingual in rural Japan, earned a master's in reading education from the University of Washington, and came to software through a hallway conversation and a job offer she didn't see coming. She also founded Stitch Publications, translating Japanese quilting books into English bestsellers — which, it turns out, is the same instinct wearing different clothes.
